Schoffel Ptarmigan Classic Coat
Using high-performing fabrics and a GORE-TEX Z-liner, the Ptarmigan Classic is a fully windproof, waterproof and breathable men's shooting coat that does it all. Designed to both protect you from the rain and prevent you from overheating when on the move, it is generous in fit and as dependable as they come – whether you're shooting driven game, flighting ducks, roost shooting pigeons, or walking the dog. The coat has a classic cut to the garment with added room in the arms for ultimate lift and complete freedom of movement when shooting. Drainage holes in the bellows pockets ensure that on rainy days the pockets will drain and not fill up with rain typical of British weather.

UNITED KINGDOM
- FREE STANDARD DELIVERY UK - on all orders £50 and over
- £4.95 - Orders under £50 4-5 working day standard delivery for the UK
- £7.95 - Next working day delivery - for the UK - Order must be placed by 1pm (Orders placed after 1pm on Thursday and before 1pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday)
- £15.00 - Saturday Delivery - for the UK - Order must be placed by 1pm on Friday
CHANNEL ISLANDS
- £10 – Channel Islands (Guernsey & Jersey) Standard Delivery - Please note this may change if a courier service is required for larger items.
EUROPEAN UNION
- £20 - Rest of the European Union - Standard Delivery. Please note this may change if a courier service is required for larger items.
NORTH AMERICA
- £30 - North America (United States & Canada) - Standard Delivery. Please note this may change if a courier service is required for larger items.

We will endeavour to arrange delivery of your goods as economically as possible, for example if your goods exceed 2kg, we will split products into separate packages where it is possible to do so.
Weekends and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days. Some items may require a higher shipping charge. In this instance we will notify you either by email or telephone and wait for your confirmation to proceed. Some orders may require a signature upon receipt. Any duty or taxes incurred in the country of destination are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Items despatched as an exchange will incur further shipping costs if sent outside UK.
Returns & Exchanges ⌄
We really hope that you are happy with your purchases but, of course, sometimes there may be a need to exchange or return an item. We set out below our current returns policy:
- Any items bought in our shops or online that you wish to return must be received by Roxtons within 28 days of purchase.
- Items bought in our sale must be received by Roxtons within 7 days of purchase if bought in our shops and within 14 days of receipt if bought online.
- We are unable to accept returns beyond these timescales.
- Returned products must be in the new condition as supplied. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items worn, damaged or without their original packaging and labels attached. Shop purchases will require a till receipt and presentation of the credit or debit card used for the purchase, if payment was by card.
- We typically operate a quick turnaround on our returns and refunds but we ask that you allow 5-7 working days for your refund to be processed once you have received notification from us.
- Roxtons will only reimburse return shipping costs if the order is incorrect or faulty.
