Fragrances:
ELIZABETH - The Elizabeth scent is composed of a youthful, feminine fragrance. Made from young citrus blossom with green accords touched with jasmine and fresh mulberries. A British classic.
BRITISH EXPEDITION - Warm cloves and light ginger mixed with the freshness of sweet tobacco and mint tea. A scent with an adventurous spirit.
REDOLENT FIG - The scent of wild green fig leaves mixed with a hint of fruity cassis, soft florals and woody base notes. Perfect for feeling refreshed and restored.
SWEET ELIXIR - A bouquet of florals with sweet honey, blended with fruity notes of cherry and citrus. A gentle and comforting scent, evoking the English meadow.
PINETUM - Composed of sweet green pine needles mixed with cooling eucalyptus and birch leaves, with a rich base of amber and sandalwood. Comforting and restoring, inspired by the herbal notes of a fresh British Christmas tree.
GARDEN OF EDEN - Composed of a blossoming garden scent of tuberose and lily of the valley, blended with fragrant jasmine and ylang. A deep, luxurious twist on the scents of the English cottage garden.
PORTOBELLO - has a rich aroma of fresh raspberry and garden rose, underpinned with rich oak smoke and some refreshing pomegranate and coupled with a sprinkling of pink pepper and citrus zest all harmonise to provide a scent that is long lasting, warming and sensual.
WINTER EVERGREEN - woody notes of pine, cedarwood and the sweet base notes of cranberry.
A WINTER'S TALE - A classic British winter scent. Orange zest is warmed by spices of cinnamon and cloves to create the perfect ambiance for Christmas.

- FREE STANDARD DELIVERY UK - on all orders £50 and over
- £4.95 - Orders under £50 4-5 working day standard delivery for the UK
- £7.95 - Next working day delivery - for the UK - Order must be placed by 1pm (Orders placed after 1pm on Thursday and before 1pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday)
- £15.00 - Saturday Delivery - for the UK - Order must be placed by 1pm on Friday
CHANNEL ISLANDS
- £10 – Channel Islands (Guernsey & Jersey) Standard Delivery - Please note this may change if a courier service is required for larger items.
EUROPEAN UNION
- £20 - Rest of the European Union - Standard Delivery. Please note this may change if a courier service is required for larger items.
NORTH AMERICA

We will endeavour to arrange delivery of your goods as economically as possible, for example if your goods exceed 2kg, we will split products into separate packages where it is possible to do so.
Weekends and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days. Some items may require a higher shipping charge. In this instance we will notify you either by email or telephone and wait for your confirmation to proceed. Some orders may require a signature upon receipt. Any duty or taxes incurred in the country of destination are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Items despatched as an exchange will incur further shipping costs if sent outside UK.
Returns & Exchanges ⌄
We really hope that you are happy with your purchases but, of course, sometimes there may be a need to exchange or return an item. We set out below our current returns policy:
- Any items bought in our shops or online that you wish to return must be received by Roxtons within 28 days of purchase.
- Items bought in our sale must be received by Roxtons within 7 days of purchase if bought in our shops and within 14 days of receipt if bought online.
- We are unable to accept returns beyond these timescales.
- Returned products must be in the new condition as supplied. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items worn, damaged or without their original packaging and labels attached. Shop purchases will require a till receipt and presentation of the credit or debit card used for the purchase, if payment was by card.
- We typically operate a quick turnaround on our returns and refunds but we ask that you allow 5-7 working days for your refund to be processed once you have received notification from us.
- Roxtons will only reimburse return shipping costs if the order is incorrect or faulty.
