Risotto rice with saffron or red wine - 250g

Al Vino

98% Arborio rice, dehydrated red wine preparation [maltodextrin, red wine (sulfites), red wine extract (sulfites), glucose], radicchio, beet powder. May contain traces of gluten, nuts and celery. Made in Italy.

Allo Zafferano

96% Arborio rice, onions, vegetable broth [salt, potato starch, maltodextrin, yeast extract, vegetable extracts (carrots, onions), sunflower oil, herb extracts], turmeric, parsley, 0.05% saffron. May contain traces of gluten, nuts and celery. Made in Italy.

Preparation

Fry the risotto in a pan with olive oil, salt, pepper and onions. Add 850ml of warm water and during the cooking some vegetable broth. Cooking time: 15-20 minutes. Let it steep briefly and refine with some butter & parmesan.
