Discover the new hand-poured, highly scented luxury pillar candles by the much loved British candle makers Charles Farris. Slowly hand-poured over three days, the scented pillar candles contain beeswax and burn for approximately 144 hours.  Create the most beautiful glow across your mantelpiece or table by placing this luxury scented pillar candle inside a gorgeous lantern.

Fragrances: 

Redolent Fig: composed of wild green fig leaves mixed with a hint of fruity cassis, soft florals and a woody base note. Perfect for feeling refreshed and restored, this scent is inspired by the history of figs within high society London.

 British Expedition: composed of warm cloves and light ginger mixed with the freshness of sweet tobacco and mint tea. A scent with an adventurous spirit, inspired by London in our founding year, 1845.

Garden of Eden: composed of a blossoming garden scent of tuberose and lily of the valley, blended with fragrant jasmine and yland ylang. A deep, luxurious twist on the scents of the English cottage garden.

Elizabeth: a youthful, feminine fragrance. It is composed of young citrus blossom and green accords, with a touch of jasmine and fresh mulberries. A British classic.

We use Royal Mail OR UPS for all our parcels.

UNITED KINGDOM

  • FREE STANDARD DELIVERY UK - on all orders £50 and over
  • £4.95 - Orders under £50 4-5 working day standard delivery for the UK
  • £7.95 - Next working day delivery - for the UK - Order must be placed by 1pm (Orders placed after 1pm on Thursday and before 1pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday)
  • £15.00 - Saturday Delivery - for the UK - Order must be placed by 1pm on Friday

CHANNEL ISLANDS

  • £10 – Channel Islands (Guernsey & Jersey) Standard Delivery - Please note this may change if a courier service is required for larger items.

EUROPEAN UNION

  • £20 - Rest of the European Union - Standard Delivery. Please note this may change if a courier service is required for larger items.

NORTH AMERICA

  • £30 - North America (United States & Canada) - Standard Delivery.  Please note this may change if a courier service is required for larger items.

REST OF THE WORLD*

  • £25 - Rest Of The World - Standard Delivery.  Please note this may change if a courier service is required for larger items.

We will endeavour to arrange delivery of your goods as economically as possible, for example if your goods exceed 2kg, we will split products into separate packages where it is possible to do so.

Weekends and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days. Some items may require a higher shipping charge. In this instance we will notify you either by email or telephone and wait for your confirmation to proceed. Some orders may require a signature upon receipt. Any duty or taxes incurred in the country of destination are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Items despatched as an exchange will incur further shipping costs if sent outside UK.

Returns & Exchanges

We really hope that you are happy with your purchases but, of course, sometimes there may be a need to exchange or return an item. We set out below our current returns policy:

  • Any items bought in our shops or online that you wish to return must be received by Roxtons within 28 days of purchase.
  • Items bought in our sale must be received by Roxtons within 7 days of purchase if bought in our shops and within 14 days of receipt if bought online. 
  • We are unable to accept returns beyond these timescales. 
  • Returned products must be in the new condition as supplied. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items worn, damaged or without their original packaging and labels attached. Shop purchases will require a till receipt and presentation of the credit or debit card used for the purchase, if payment was by card. 
  • We typically operate a quick turnaround on our returns and refunds but we ask that you allow 5-7 working days for your refund to be processed once you have received notification from us. 
  • Roxtons will only reimburse return shipping costs if the order is incorrect or faulty.
