The fabric quality of this fanatastic Bethanal Green coat from Dutch brand Reset has a special membrane added to the back. This layer prevents water and wind from penetrating the fabric. but is breathable at the same time.

Please note that the seams are not taped. therefore water might penetrate through seams in very heavy rain.
