Maison Bremond - Fruit Paste

These Fruit jellies are handcrafted in Frédéric Leblanc's workshop in Banon, cooked in a cauldron and then cut by hand.

Presented in two 75g bars in cardboard boxes branded with the historic Brémond & Fils, these make a great sweet treat!

Ingredients:

• Raspberry - fruit 50% (raspberry 25%, apricot pulp 25%), sugar, glucose sugar, gelling agent: pectin, natural raspberry flavour, acidifier, concentrated lemon juice.
• Apricot - 50% apricot pulp, sugar, glucose sugar, gelling agent, pectin, natural apricot flavour, acidifier, concentrated lemon juice.
• Fig - fig 50%, sugar, glucose sugar, gelling agent: pectin, natural fig flavouring, acidifier: concentrated lemon juice.
