If items are in stock, we will endeavour to despatch orders received before 12 noon that working day. Orders received on other days will be despatched the next working day.
Orders are sent by 1st class post, parcel post or TNT according to customer's instructions. Please note that this is not normally guaranted next day delivery - if you require next day guaranteed, please advise us in the comments area when checking out.
All packages including 1st class mail must be signed for on delivery.
If items are unavailable or out of stock you will be advised immediately and your money returned, unless you wish us to hold it until the item is available.
Goods can be posted or shipped worldwide and we will endeavour to find the most economic service available.
Special Orders - Special order items (those not normally stocked) must be paid for in advance and cannot be returned.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
